West Tokyo Waves pedals are designed and built to stand the test of time. The warranty and service policy reflects this

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All new West Tokyo Waves pedals, either purchased directly from this online store or from an authorized dealer, are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers electronic and mechanical component failure resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a covered fault occurs, West Tokyo Waves will repair or replace the pedal at no charge for parts and labor.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or due to use of an incorrect power supply (wrong polarity/voltage)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage affecting the finish, external hardware, knobs, or faceplate

Due to the limited availability of certain components, West Tokyo Waves reserves the right to use substitute components where original components are unavailable.

Warranty Scope
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Second-Hand pedals
As stated above, the  Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new pedal and is not transferable. However, I still want these pedals to bring you joy, and as such any pedals purchased second-hand or that are damaged in a way that voids the warranty will still be repaired if possible.  Costs for repairs will cover labor and parts, as well as all shipping costs.
