Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. I use FedEx International by default which is tracked and insured. Please note that any import tariffs are to be paid by the purchaser. Sorry about that.
Can you declare a lower value for my order?
No. I get it, but no.
What's your shipping policy?
All items are posted out within 2-3 working days unless stated on the ordering page (if I'm away from home for an extended period etc.)
Items will be shipped via the selected delivery company, which for all international deliveries, will require the products to be declared at their full value. All deliveries will be tracked and insured for their full value, and all deliveries will require a signature by the recipient. This ensures the best possible shipping from us to you.
Shipping costs are calculated by package size and weight.

What's your return policy?
Pedals purchased through this site are eligible for returns within 7 days of customer receipt. Pedal must be in like-new condition and with all of the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the pedal has been received and examined. Please be aware that, should signs of damage or wear be present, additional charges may apply or the return denied and the pedal returned to customer. Pedals purchased from dealers must be returned to dealers and are subject to their return policy. Apparel is not eligible for return.
Are the pedal finishes durable?
Well, concrete is pretty durable, and the steel is already rusted. Will the concrete chip? If you hit it really hard with something, yeah. Some parts might chip away through use too, but that just makes the finish look cooler.
Can I choose exactly what my pedal will look like?
Unfortunately not. You know roughly what you'll be getting, of course, but due to the inherently chaotic processes used to create the finishes, they're all different. Be happy knowing nobody has one that looks exactly the same as yours.
